Sometimes it just takes a dip in the big blue to release the endorphins, unwind, escape reality, de stress , connect with nature, feel alive and/or just be!

Since March 2020 in particular, it has highlighted to us all the increasing need for mental health support in Cornwall - this group has been set up in the hope that swimming together may ease some troubles and help people to find a little solace/ joy/escapism in the water. This isn’t about who can swim the furthest or fastest it’s literally about discovering, experiencing and sharing the benefits of one of nature’s best! 💦💙🏊‍♀️
