Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are usually processed within 5 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

I make everything to order.

If you require something urgently then please contact me to see what my current lead times are.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping within the UK is included in the price, next day delivery is an option but would require additional payment, please contact me for further details.  International customers are asked to contact me for a shipping cost before placing an order.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, a proof of posting will be obtained.

Customs, Duties and Taxes  

Jo Thomas Jewellery​ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Jo Thomas Jewellery​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. I can provide you with a proof of posting so a claim can be processed with the postal service.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
